Did we ever find out what this was?

I've posted in the F1 section, as it was widely believed that this was Ferrari's F1 engine in action at the beginning of the season:

I'd forgotten about this video until today, and only remembered it when I was thinking during today's race how much better the Ferraris sound on the trackside microphones than the rest of the field.

Despite liking the sound of their 1.6T V6, it's not the engine in the video.

So, what is it?

Seems like their F1 engine to me.

If it wasn't for the last 5-10 seconds of the video, I'd be inclined to agree.

If it is, maybe the differing noise is due to exhaust/transmission or the engine being run to its full 15,000 rpm?
