Rosberg Sticking It To James Allen
Discussion
Wondering if anyone heard the BBC F1 Spa preview show or podcast.
Interesting chat with Nico, when pushed on the Lewis Hungary issue he wouldnt speak too much on it, when James Allen pushed Nico turned the tables and had a pop at Allen about asking a question which also contained the answer.
I thought it was interesting! Nice to see a driver speaking a bit more freely!

Good for Nico! Didn't see or hear that. Interesting chat with Nico, when pushed on the Lewis Hungary issue he wouldnt speak too much on it, when James Allen pushed Nico turned the tables and had a pop at Allen about asking a question which also contained the answer.

Yes, the commentators/presenters have the easy job and incessantly hype-up their driver favourites and loaded questions with a smirk with those less in their favour. Even BBC's McNish is guilty of that. Some drivers can do no wrong in their favouritism mindsets. Much the same as all those "Ace" media smoothies do when questioning Politicians. They're ever so clever doing that otherwise they would never get paid or employed. Asking questions is a highly rewarded doddle. The poor sods who have to provide solutions or answers is far more difficult.
Telling it or asking it the way it is is something they appear less guilty of with each passing interview or ever so clever comment.
This is quite a good interview with Lewis

telling it like it is rather than bland media speak, but he also touches in that subject.

Daft making a comment when you've admitted not listening to the interview it in all its context.Yes, the commentators/presenters have the easy job and incessantly hype-up their driver favourites and loaded questions with a smirk with those less in their favour. I think Nico got the wrong end of the stick. I think Nico thought James was undermining him/trying to add more fuel to the fire whereas James re-phrases the question a few times which is a celebration of Nico's selfish side for; both Merc drivers wanting to win WDC making it a fascinating contest.
