Just watching the GP from today and this annoyed the hell out of me every time I saw it in the grassed areas on one of the corners.

Surely such a massive advertisement that is going to be shown on live tv to millions of people should be checked for errors, or did they leave the second quotation mark off on purpose??

Is it in reference to drink-driving?

I dislike those computer generated ads. When the same area was shown from the helicopter shots, there was no ad on the grass. Quite a few years ago, they added a covered bridge in the TV shots for the Molson Indy Toronto so they had an additional spot to place an advertisement.

I have an irrationally large hatred of the CGI adverts popping up at every race, they are so obviously 'fake' that I find them really off-putting.

The thing is though whenever Bernie says anything the usual reaction is to assume he means the complete opposite so I'm not sure he's the best bloke to be fronting this type of campaign.

Those computer generated ads do my tits in, they wouldn't be so bad if they softened the edges a bit to make them look less jaggy, also if they stopped moving around and stayed fixed when the camera pans they wouldn't draw my attention so much either.

I fully expect animated ads in the next few years. How about these Bernie?

When I see adverts like that it makes me think that maybe the Brits are the only one who realise he's a crook and in other parts of the world he's seen as more saintly?
