It's a brilliant thing to do. You get a real appreciation of the circuit and I got some great pictures of the marshall's signatures and messages written on the armco at La Rascasse and picked up some copper earthing strips from the pits.
As mentioned an hour after the race is best, it's almost as if you can still hear the echoes of the cars bouncing off the walls and buildings around the track. And the views are amazing.

Is it worth heading down to monaco and going to monaco on race day to watch at a bar or whatever with race tickets? Looking at prices of flights, hotels it's going to cost enough and as above it looks to be a fantastic atmosphere
