Lets put it this way, they are not in the same acoustic league as Pink Floyd, nor Led Zepplin, nor The Eagles, but they aren't so bad. No need for ear plugs but dont expect he most amazing gig ever, but it will be fun.

As a 48 year old dance music fan and DJ, Carl Cox is right up my street but at the TT??

Still I suppose the younger bikers may well flip for this, I think the days of it all being Heavy Metal\Rock for bike meets is probably over.

Yeah you might be right the younger lot should love it and ultimately they are the key to the event's future.

Bushy's do still have live Rock bands, the ACDC tribute band that play traditionally on MadSunday evening are bloody brilliant.

I see it as the more variety you offer in entertainment as well as the obvious top quality racing the more likely those in two minds are to push the button on the event.

Won't appease the traditionalists but hey!

just on the subject of Eddie.

He's now not back with BBC until Barcelona. (May 11) When they lost live rights, he only did the Live weekends. But seemingly now not all of those.

So just as a theory. I wonder if he's pissed at the beeb for dropping Gary Anderson? It IS a catastrophic mistake by them in a technical sport to drop someone with actual experience and the ability to convey that to the audience!
