What is going on with Lotus

Lotus appear to have suffered the most compared with last season and given all the cash that turned with Maldonado I don't really understand why.
Anyone got a handle on what's going on

Losing Eric Boullier won't have helped.

Does anyone know who Eric's replacement is? There was talk of Martin Whitmarsh joining Lotus, but I don't know whether that happened.

They were broke last year and still broke this year?
by the tome Mildonados money arrived they were already half a year behind the rest.

When they stopped paying the staff, they all left. The place is staffed with graduates and a couple of experienced guys. So sad, but as soon as Genii bugger off i'm sure the old hands will flock back.
