Well 3 is clearly a pee take of one or both of the other two. Kia is a story that at least makes some sense, but might also bee a piss take. And the Audi story is quite far fetched.1) Audi

The most likely thing I read is it might be renault employees saying anything they can to stop fans talking about how poo the renault engine may or may not be online. Even that's a bit far fetched.
So I'm going for alcohol consumption and being "funny".
First time I've seen Kia mentioned but have seen a number of stories about Hyundai wanting to become an engine manufacturer. That was ages ago now though. I buy into the prestige by association line. Perhaps the same deal with Audi. If so we will no doubt see more such stories as Australia approaches.
