Seems they have turned up:
I do find it funny that they have arrived in a streamliner trailer towed by a transit, compared with the mega trucks of the big boys. Seems very 70's, though I kind of like the fact they aren't pissing their cash on ridiculous motor homes, MG made that mistake when they turned up to Le-Mans, spent more on hospitality than the car!
Looking forward to seeing their design though.

Just to point out guys, the marussia Truck, and full garage set up has been here days, it's just the car had issues so stayed at the factory and has been delivered by a third party.
Yeah, but that's not as funny as the pic that was posted...but as you can see, we're all behind them really Lincsblokey said:

By "third party" you clearly mean Phil's mate Bob & Nige who have a Sprinter and Trailer for their rallycross Mini (which is currently left on Nige's drive under a tarp) I bet there is stacks of beer around the car from the Hypermarket which they are taking back on the ferry's for Bob's mate wedding next weekend.Who says F1 budgets are out of control?

Wonder why they tried putting their car together at the factory and found it wouldn't go together, whilst the other teams discovered this at the circuit.scubadude said:

Bob and Nige must have hed an interesting discussion with their insurance company: -Who says F1 budgets are out of control?
Hi its Bob here you know I have my 01 Reg Sprinter insured with you, I need to tow a load to Spain, can I have an insurance quote.
OK, what are you towong
A Race Car trailer with a 2014 Marusaia F1 car in it
You what?
The sole Marussia 2014 F1 race car will be in it
Whats it worth?
Well its cost £20 million to develop
So you want to use your van insured for a replacement cost of £2,500 to tow £20 million of F1 car? You're having a laugh. GOODBYE

More likely Bob's builders van is like every other, insured as "standard with no modifications" while in reality is have a tow bar, extra row of seats, 3 tonnes of dusty tools in the back, bald tyres and knackered shocks and is driven on the limiter at all times.Gassing Station | Formula 1 | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
