Hamiltons dad v P Di Resta
Discussion
Its all rather sad and sordid, especially if they could not settle outside of the courtroom. Bad management ends way too many professional sports careers and sadly there are lots of young drivers out there taken in by 'professionals' who have no idea of how to protect the long term earnings of a client.

Hammy's Dad always had an oversized ego, and when Lewis dumped him, he had to find another way to try to be famous, very sad for Paul, he should have seen that one coming.
I think that's a bit harsh. His Dad massively supported him from an early age into his racing career.Fire99 said:

In what way? He did no more than any other father was doing in the karting world at the time and even then not for as long as many.

Easy street? Wasn't he working 3 jobs at one point?Once Martin Hines got Ron involved it was easy street for Anthony.
Again, nothing more than many others sacrificed.
As for the other comment, I do know the truth. I was there.

I agree with REALIST123 here, It wasn't all hardship for the Hamilton's - If you were racing against Lewis in Karting, you would have seen what McMerc brought to the table. It was like nothing anyone else had.Again, nothing more than many others sacrificed.
