It does seem that the 3 drivers just dump the cars and don't care once their race is wrecked
Yes, now a 3rd SC in 9 laps. Inexperienced drivers very punchy.
And no cars can pit under this SC, as crash was at pit entry.
In fairness they will ave to Crane off those broken cars

I’d also say that the first safety car looked a bit unnecessary and the second one could have been a virtual SC. Unfortunately you’re not allowed to do any proper marshalling anymore.. like push a car.

9 min of race remaining, if no rain, then dry runners will win

He does have a 10s penalty, from very early in race gaining an advantage off track. So he won't get 1st after that. But still easy to be ahead of all wet runners when drys are 4s+ per lap faster than wet. So 3rd for Voisin will be

That was a really harsh penalty, he was miles faster on the slicks than the cars around him at the time.

Think that penalty may get reviewed. Very harsh.

True, unfortunate. But also the team could have easily told him give place back immediately, and he would then overtake probably within a few corners later. He was not ahead going into the corner, if i recall correctly, so did gain advantage off track.

Another great drive by Lindblad. Destined for RB F1 seat if he continues this form. He’s only 16!!

Yes that would have been the right thing to do, but it’s not easy to think like that when you’re 10s a lap faster than the cars around you.

What a brilliant race though. Let’s see what F2 can do next.

That was an amazing race. That penalty for Voisin was extremely harsh IMO, he was pushed off IMO.

Well, that was very entertaining. Was there any penalty for that driver who got airborne rejoining the track? That was crazy!

I'm pretty worried about the weather for the F1 race later though.

Looks dry at the moment. Whether it’s still dry in five minutes’ time, on the other hand…

I know I’m sounding old, but I don’t understand the need for a safety car for either of the incidents. Screws the strategy for many drivers.

In terms of entertainment... You just described the need for a SC.
