Dean Stoneman making his single seater come back in Gp3 right now, 3 years out of single seaters, fought cancer against the odds and is P9 on the grid - good effort I reckon.
If he's as dangerous as he's been at times in the Porsches this year them god help anyone near him.Mermaid said:

Great Uncle Markko will have the final say.

Still, it was funny watching Vettel trip up on his bottom lip in the post-qually BBC interview.

I thought that too, and with Webber in the right place to take Vettel out if necessary a possibility.

Wondered why Lewis was looking at the car when he stopped, broken wishbone apparently...
Before or after the spin over the kerb? Looked like the nut behind the wheel to me MiniMan64 said:
So back of the grid for Kimi?
As if he needed any less motivation for tomorrow. Will he get a mysterious bug over night? Will his back go again?
I don't think so. The car appears to be fast, I'm hoping for a top five finish, a podium is maybe not out of the question although it would probably need luck and one or two safety cars.As if he needed any less motivation for tomorrow. Will he get a mysterious bug over night? Will his back go again?

You've obviously forgotten that this is the guy who drove all but one lap of his penultimate race for Ferrari in (the 2009 Brazilian GP) in spite of having had fuel sprayed into his eyes from Kovalainen's fuel rig. He even managed to haul his car back up to sixth place. As if he needed any less motivation for tomorrow. Will he get a mysterious bug over night? Will his back go again?
If Lotus can perform a similar trick to Red Bull last year and sort the gearing out so that Kimi has more straight line oomph then I'd put money on him scoring at least a few points tomorrow.

Seen reports that Mexico and New York are looking doubtful.
I don't understand why they don't just turn up at an oval. I'd choose Bristol Motor Speedway. Crowd capacity of 147,000 all seated, you can see the whole lap. 305km is 355 laps, what's not to like?
The fact that it would be the dullest thing ever.I don't understand why they don't just turn up at an oval. I'd choose Bristol Motor Speedway. Crowd capacity of 147,000 all seated, you can see the whole lap. 305km is 355 laps, what's not to like?
