don't think vettel will let that happen, he wants any record he can add to.

I thought that too, and with Webber in the right place to take Vettel out if necessary a possibility.

Well, Vettel is highly unlikely to just sit behind to come in second. There are points and records and stats to be had and he isn't going to let Maaaark stand in the way of it.

Dean Stoneman making his single seater come back in Gp3 right now, 3 years out of single seaters, fought cancer against the odds and is P9 on the grid - good effort I reckon.
If he's as dangerous as he's been at times in the Porsches this year them god help anyone near him.
I thought he had a good start to the year, unless I'm thinking of somebody else, which is quite possible! hehe

Still, it was funny watching Vettel trip up on his bottom lip in the post-qually BBC interview.

So back of the grid for Kimi?

As if he needed any less motivation for tomorrow. Will he get a mysterious bug over night? Will his back go again?

Wondered why Lewis was looking at the car when he stopped, broken wishbone apparently...
Before or after the spin over the kerb? Looked like the nut behind the wheel to me wink
He usually first to say he cocked up when he has so if he says something broke then there's no reason to doubt it.

Seen reports that Mexico and New York are looking doubtful.

I don't understand why they don't just turn up at an oval. I'd choose Bristol Motor Speedway. Crowd capacity of 147,000 all seated, you can see the whole lap. 305km is 355 laps, what's not to like?

I don't think so. The car appears to be fast, I'm hoping for a top five finish, a podium is maybe not out of the question although it would probably need luck and one or two safety cars.

I'm hoping he goes all out, blows past RG, gets on the podium and gives the team his own version of the victory finger whilst he's there hehe

You've obviously forgotten that this is the guy who drove all but one lap of his penultimate race for Ferrari in (the 2009 Brazilian GP) in spite of having had fuel sprayed into his eyes from Kovalainen's fuel rig. He even managed to haul his car back up to sixth place.

If Lotus can perform a similar trick to Red Bull last year and sort the gearing out so that Kimi has more straight line oomph then I'd put money on him scoring at least a few points tomorrow.

Great GP3 race for Stoneman, started 3rd and came home 2nd less than 3 tenths behind Tio Ellinas and in 7 tenths front of Conor Daly & Jack Harvey despite Daly putting pressure on for nearly the whole race.
