Quicky Re Personalised Plates

Probably been asked before but can't find it.

I'm looking at selling a personalised plate. What are my options? Is it a case of Ebay/Reg Transfers etc. Or do the DVLA buy them back?

You can list them on reg transfers, im not too sure if they buy them tho ?
