Struggling for ideas on this. Got an MX5, dash looks the same as this one below (except RHD). It has heated seat switches next to the power socket so that space can't be used.

I need to fit a Parrot hands free kit but I really cannot think of anywhere sensible to locate it. Ideally it needs to be done so that it can be removed without leaving holes and whatnot as I may be changing the car next year.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Do what I did clip it onto the air vents. Its easy to remove and fit the mic the same way.

Hmmm, it's a thought just worried it'll look a bit of a lash up, like one of those awful air freshener things.

Hard to know where else it could go though. confused

Fit the mic either on top of the steering cowl or by the vents. If it is up by your head the wind noise is too much when the roof is down.

either side of the hazard switch? That lighter grey stereo panel would be removable so you can run all the wiring through it
