Guys,

Just purchased a private reg and wondered if it was standard protocol to send both the V5 and MOT to the dealer as part of the registration. I am 95% sure that it is but just wanted to check anyway.

Yes it is, obviously only if the car is old enough for an MOT. Also advised would be a photocopy of the tax disc as well.
