Legal advice needed - Any Law types out there?
Discussion
Almost 1 year after our non-fault accident and I'm still waiting for satisfactory settlement.
If anyone out there can answer a few questions I have could you mail me through my profile.
I figured a car enthusiast might give me a more objective view?
BTW it's to do with uninsured losses and the complete pigs ear my insurance companies 'agents' are making of it!
Adopting Teds 'no naming and shaming' policy I will not divulge who I am referring to in an open forum.

I sympathise with you.
I had a similar incident, and mistakenly involved the loss collection 'specialist' solicitors. Resolved in a mind blowing 18 months!!!!!!
All the costs with these delays and endless disorganisation is all going on our insurance premiums....makes me angry!!!!!!!

One thing to try is to prepare a fax asking them specifically what they have done that day about certain points of the claim, and send it to them everyday. Copy it and the reply to the insurance company directed to the MD. If the agent does not reply call them and demand to speak to the manager. Give them hell and maybe they will sort it out to get rid of you!
