It may not be the quickest way round a track but it sure looks fun.

Theres a whole stack of good stuff at www.seven-mania.de/video.htm

Definitely worth a look are Cat-7.avi with one of the most spectacular crashes at Quarry corner, Castle Combe. Got to be a contender for the biggest number of rolls - ever. Looks like he was OK. Shaken and definitely stirred !

rallykids.asf - You want oversteer: watch this ! At the end of the sequence theres a LONG straight. They make one seamless slide between the entry and exit corners. Jeeez...

And not forgetting darius-240Z-sideways.mpa - Near loss of control on a dry straight dual carriageway purely by applying too much power. Dang....

Holy COW!

All he (or she ) needs is a misfire, followed by traction at the bank, followed by a visit to the local body shop.

I am still in shock.

The hilarious thing about the "rallykids" video is the fact that whoever is driving is wearing footwear akin to welly boots.

The Z in the 'Darius-240Z-sideways' sequence reminds me of my 240Z, 265 bhp in 1020kg and, to quote my brother 'twitchier than a go-kart' (my brother races 'proper' go-karts at weekends). He once span the Z exiting a roundabout in perfect conditions simply by applying a bit too much welly in second gear. I used to love it! Regularly 'steam-rollered' Ferraris on Ferrari owners track days (I worked for the organizing garage). Only made to look slow round a track by an F40 and a 512BB driven well.

Refering to the crazy yellow Supra(?) missile - does anyone know/have an educated guess as to whether he was running with the front brakes (zero bias to rears)on slightly? Seemed an unfeasibly long burn out!

'cos someone captured the clip off a Clarkson Programme being shown on the World Service perhaps

Remarkable clip though.. imagine that happening if you owned the car !!

Cheers

I remember that Ferrari clip, that guy is paid to thrash Ferraris round a track until they blow up. Some people have all the best jobs.

You mean they actually have to PAY someone to do that

Just imagine, getting up in the morning - ho hum, another tedious day thrashing the B*llocks of ferrari's - NOT
