Hello folks

I am considering taking some driver training to brush up my driving skills, I drive about 22,000 miles PA for work & play and own a TVR S2 for the weekends and a reasonably quick week day tin-top.

I do not plan any particular track days but I suspect I may attend a couple in the next year or so, as a beginner !

Can anyone recommend any particular driver training courses that don't cost the earth and benefit mainly road driving and perhaps track.

Thanks very much

the driving development days run by Don Palmer(?) are very good. i have a friend who went on one and says he learnt alot. hte adverts are usually in the back of evo. probably costly but almost certainly worth it....Gee, didnt go with George?

Er, was that directed at me? I haven't been to one (I hope it doesn't show) but I've only heard good things about Don Palmer's days. The other option is to go to the police and ask about their skidpan. Essex police used to let you use it for free - take along your car and drive round the soaking circles, top fun.
