Sorry if this a repeat - can someone point me at the thread if it is ?

I want to get some driver training (skid pad, tail out catch it, cadence breaking, high speed cornering) and I wondered if anyone had any recommendations).

Has anyone been on the TVR Performance Technique day ?

Cheers,

Andy.

all sorts of good things around....

"The Wetter the Better" and "Creative Car Control" (or something!) days available at MIRA and taught by the somewhat legendary Don Palmer : e-mail don@drivingdevelopment.co.uk for details

1st Lotus Driving School - taught by an advanced/performance ex-racer Andrew Walsh - all the things you mentioned (both on road and track practice). He doesnt just teach in Loti, and is a superb bloke and very skilled. (and very good value compared to many of this sort of course) email : andrew@1stlotus.com website: www.1stlotus.com

er...there are a few Police organised days (I went on a skid control day run by a guy called Dick Grimes - though have no current contact info)

sure other people will put up other things too!
