What's happened to Slade's garage in Penn?

So,anyone know what's happened to Slade's garage in Penn (nr beaconsfield)? It's one of my favourite garages for looking round. Haven't been up there for a few years and now I see it's up for rent. Has the classic car business that was there failed? Rich...

I have just been past Slades and the lights were on, there was stock in the showroom, and NO sign outside that I could see. Weird?
