This chap did the PWA for a friend who was extending last year. Friend v happy.
Is this reasonable?

Next question is whether to serve to both neighbours. Attached neighbour wants me to remove the roof chimney stack at my expense. In return, effectively, he's said he won't need PWA stuff done. If I do this, do I need a separate agreement that I bear no liability for any roof leaks? Can I even do that under English law?
Other neighbour will need PWA from my perspective. And if he wants his own, that's also a cost for me to bear.
