Rowland White is the author of Vulcan 607 and like that book he takes a story many will know the outcome of, but manages to build the tension regardless and adds fascinating research and personal stories.



Surprises in the development of the Shuttle for me included the influence of Eric Winkle Brown and Presidential Concorde envy! It's a great read.
