Fighting Fantasy - A New Twist
Discussion
I grew up with Steve Jackson & Ian Livingstone's Fighting Fantasy gamebooks in the 80's and still have the first 20 or so books. I lost many hours reading, mapping and rolling dice trying to get to the end of each book (some were devilishly hard) and they probably had a hand in developing my later interest in dungeon crawls and boardgames.
There is a project on Kickstarter at the moment which is essentially a re-imagining of the Choose Your Own Adventure format in a tile-laying game.

It won't be out until next year, but it looks absolutely fantastic and will appeal to anyone who ever picked up one of those green-spined books. I know what my winter nights will consist of next year Might need to buy a bigger table though...
