Harper Lee is to release a sequel to To kill a Mockingbird. It will feature Scout and Atticus Finch. TKAM is just about my favourite novel & I'm not sure whether to be excited or weary of the news. Lee herself called it a pretty good effort, so here's hoping.
Just read that TKAM actually came out of some flashback sequences in what was the manuscript for this book on the advice to Harper Lee from the publisher at the time.
