The ginger tosser
Discussion
Chris Evans is a very clever and astute businessman with considerable drive and energy. He regularly reinvents himself. I have no idea what he is like as an individual but most media players seem to be pretty self obsessed to me. Probably goes with the territory. Evans has already achieved a great deal and I suspect will continue to do so. Best of luck to him although his style is not to my personal taste. He s certainly no slouch or stand back and that I do admire.

If you've read the books you'll know that he pretty much lost everything by not being a good businessman. He's is a clever bloke though and it's his artistic nous that has got him where he is today (and a significant amount of being in the right place at the right times as well as having the right contacts )
Not sure I would call him a tosser.
I too have read the book but we also bumped into him and had a chat without realising who he was! He came across as a thoroughly normal decent bloke.
Despite being harassed for photos and being gawped at whilst trying to enjoy some family time later on he was remarkably tolerant and polite.

Whether you like him or not they were a very interesting read...he's one lucky so and so
What makes him lucky?Whether you like him or not they were a very interesting read...he's one lucky so and so
Gary Player years ago made the best comment on luck in working life I have heard when asked about how lucky he was in scoring and exceptionally low round. His reply was that the longer he practiced and the more effort he put in on his putting shots and on the greens the luckier he got with his golf scores. That has always remained in my understanding of luck in business. Evans tries bloody hard. Abd has an exceptionally well developed understanding of what his audience wants. Not my personal cup of tea but good luck to the bloke. I think he deserves it.
