So,e-books it is then
Discussion
Just got myself a 7" tablet and am looking to download a few titles for an upcoming holiday.
I'm not a big book reader but I do like the odd autobiography and such like....not interested in fiction at all.
What do I need and where do I start looking? I have the google books app installed.
Is there much in the way of free stuff out there ?
Cheers

If it's available on your tablet get the Kobo app. You can borrow books from the library in ePub format. That's what I do with my Kobo eReader.
Project Gutenberg is a good source of free eBooks in a number of formats.

I like http://uk.ereaderiq.com/.
You can setup a subscription for various genres of free books and get daily emails.
Found some good ones on there.

One thing that's confusing me.
Can I use one e-reader app to read everything I download no matter where I get it from ?
Probably yes, but the Kindle uses its own format which can be converted. ePub is the most used format by other readers. Can I use one e-reader app to read everything I download no matter where I get it from ?
