I have lots of 2nd handbooks I would like to sell

they are from my grandmothers flat so its mills and boon type stuff

anyone know of a place that will take them as a job lot ?

have tried the local ones and they were not interested

dont want to drive for miles with a few hundred books, so want to try and sell them now

I'd have thought there is very little value in secondhand Mills & Boon type books so, as said above, give them to a charity shop/old peoples home where they will be appreciated.

Yeah, agree. It'll be more hassle than it's worth to sell them. Old people's home - good idea!

2nd handbooks? Do you mean secondhand books?

They are worth nothing (sorry to disappoint you) so either give them to a charity shop or put them in the bin.

Give them to a library, old people's home, hospital, or hospice. Don't throw them away.

you only need to wander around the local "Christmas fair" to see nobody wants to buy this sort of thing (along with old VHS tapes).

The only person I have ever encountered who tried to SELL to a charity shop ! The clue is in the title....

I have not tried to sell to a charity shop

I went to a few to offer them but they were not interested so was asking about selling them

I am not going to drive for miles to give them away

So they went up in smoke yesterday

Simple

As for stupid comments I don't care say what you like
