Help what to read next

Since getting a kindle last Christmas I've really got into reading.

I've read the whole game of thrones series which I loved, followed by the girl with the dragon tattoo series and then the hunger games trilogy.

In the past I've read a lot of Tom Clancy, Michael Crichton and Dean Koontz.

Problem is I'm really stuck on what to read next.

Suggestions for books I'll enjoy based on the above would be great. Thanks.

I am reading Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch series and they are excellent. Very well written crime thrillers, Harry Bosch is a great character to follow.

The Black Echo is the first book.

Try Sweet Tooth - Ian Macewan ; bit different from your normal fare but a wonderful read.

Try reading the Assassins Apprentice series by Robin Hobb if you liked Game of thrones. They are really good!

One of the benefits of amazon kindle is trying samples.
Try killing floor, a jack reacher book, first in the series. You may not thank me, but they're quite addictive.

I am currently re-reading my Eric van Lustbader collection,start with the first one: The Ninja. He is one of my favorite action thriller authors not an easy read but well worth the effort.

Thanks for all the suggestions some of which I've come close to purchasing already.
I guess I'm not past the judging a book by its cover phase which makes deciding what to buy on kindle a bit difficult.
I like to either find an author I like or series I like and stick with that till I finish.

A bit of a left field suggestion but sometimes factual writing can be as interesting as fiction - look at The Death Zone by Matt Dickinson or for something a tad heavier but still easy reading Into Thin Air by Jon Krakauer. Both about climbing Everest, a much more interesting subject than I'd expected.

On a similar genre to above I can recommend 'touching the void'. (based on a true story)
Great book about a climbing expedition that goes wrong.

Or why not catch ' Vernon God Little' before they butcher it to get it on screen!
It was the winner of the booker prize but don't let that put you off… (joke )
Very addictive writing style, give it a try.

Not the type of books you have been reading but you never know!

The Winter King

I very much enjoyed the Alexander Valeria massimo Manfredi version book one is child of a dream, very nicely done and thoroughly enjoyable.

Also check out Neal Stephenson, he has written some excellent intelligent books.
