Loading non-kobo books onto a kobo e-reader
Discussion
I'm hoping to purchase a Kobo-glo on Monday but before I go ahead with the purchase, is it possible to read non-kobo books (in epub format) on a kobo e-reader? I've had a look with google but cannot find any answers, most people seem more interested in read kobo books on a non-kobo e-reader
If it is possible, is it a case of simply connecting the e-reader to the PC and then dropping the book into the kobo library?

Just drag and drop onto the Kobo. All the books on my Kobo Touch are at the top level. I borrowed three books from my local library (in ePub format) when I went away on holiday (you can't do that on a Kindle). They require Adobe Digital Editions to be installed but that was no great problem . A great way of trying out new authors.
