Motorhome rental in Shropshire area
Discussion
There are companies and websites that will deliver and collect from you, at a cost I would imagine.
Make sure you read reviews of any company you use, and read the small print, especially regarding returns and damage procedures, some cowboys out there.
I can recommend " New Marque" Cambridgeshire. They will park your car, not too far from your destination, so means not driving the wobbly thing too far .
Getting the right van from the right company is a big issue.

Thanks for the info. I have taken a look at 'New Marque'. £1495 for the Silverstone weekend. I think that's a bit on the high side, with other fees for parking at the campsite we'd be looking at at least £2,000. Another option is to get Airbnb accommodation close by. Airbnb are going to ramp up the rates too, I mean the owners will, What about caravan rental ? Or loan if you know someone with a suitable one.
Thanks for your help, everyone.
Having looked at some layouts and watched some videos of what we would be getting, I am now learning towards getting Air BnB type accommodation nearby. The motorhomes look to me as if there might not be quite enough space for three fairly chunky middle-aged blokes.
I won't rule out the motorhome idea completely, will keep researching.
