You'll need a sizeable battery - can you carry that or are you car camping?
I will have access to power in the day to recharge a battery, planning to either use large Anker USB battery I have or Makita 5ah batteries with a USB top onEdited by Captain Answer on Thursday 4th July 10:34

Do you just need a better sleeping bag? Your body creates all the heat you need (indeed more than enough); you just need to stop that heat from being lost outside of the bag.
Possibly, will have a look into it but generally a cold personOn thinking about it my Mrs has a heated throw thing, so I'm going to get a battery top inverter n see what the run time is like from it and get a decent sleeping bag
Heat loss through the ground is one reason why you feel cold.
Either invest in a quality SIM with a high R rating (4 and above for winter), or buy a couple of cheap interlocking foam mats with a foiled back picnic blanket on top.
Edit to add: useful article on how to keep warm.

Hot water bottle! You'll have a gas ring, a kettle, and water anyway... no brainer.
I've got poor circulation since a mild heart attack so now feel the cold a lot more than I used to. This top tip is indeed a great one. One or two hot water bottles keep me toasty warm inside a decent sleeping bag, along with a bed raised off the ground.
