I was looking to buy a new Car transport Trailer and was wanting to know the best built make. I would want a tri axle and covered trailer. Any recommendations please?

Mine is only a twin axle but I have the large F35 Turatello. Italian made, laminated sandwich panels inside and out. It tows really well. Hydraulic lifting to raise and lower the body. Interior lights, decking etc. I have had it for 5 years and it is incredible. It weighs about 1.25 tonnes but has an all up weight of 3.5 tonnes, so a payload of 2.25 tonnes.

Brian James Trailers are well though of I think?

I had a Minno to tow my Caterham (which is about as different as could be from what you want!), but it looks like the Race Transporter 6 would meet your needs.

I've towed one of the big Ifor Williams and the geometry of the trailer was awful. It was a 3.5T tilt bed and I was towing a Land Rover 110 behind a Land Rover 90. I had to have the front wheels touching the headboard to get the balance right.

Brian James are a superior trailer, I have been told.

Slightly biased as a dealer, but the PRG Proline tri-axle is a great trailer. Can be fitted with a cover by GT Covers

Brian James excellent and expensive
PRG excellent and cheaper
Woodford excellent and cheaper still
Eco trailer is said to be more of a budget option (but no fact to back it up)

I have a Woodford RL3000, very pleased with it.

The first 3 have great tri-axle options. I have found Woodford great to deal with, I know others say the same about PRG. I'd expect the service from Brian James to be less personal.
