Where for New Year?

I might have asked this before but can't find it, so.

Fancy a few days away over New Year, two senior adults no kids. Somewwhere SWMBO can dress up and have a dance. Any ideas please

We are off to Anglesey for New Years partly because we have a NYD ferry to Ireland.

C'mon chaps, you MUST know somewhere half decent. SWMBO now has me looking at Bruges or Brussels but the ferry isn't exactly cheap (£220) so would prefer somewhere decent in UK

I think you find most places are booked up well in advance. You'll struggle to find a venue now I'm afraid.

Thanks JagBox, but finding somewhere is proving really tough. Last thing SWMBO wants is to look at my ugly mug over a BIg Mac on NYE
