Just bought a 1995 Winnebago Passage and doing loads to spruce it up and make it better but can't find any hazard light switch. Its been in the UK since 2004 and has an MoT, but is it a legal requirement to have hazard lights (searched but can't find anything)? Its got a rear fog light which I believe is a legal requirement and rear lights are standard UK ones, ie orange indicators.

Me too. Its been MoT'd every year so has been through 10+ MoT's since being in the UK so it can't have just been done at one station who "let it go". I'd fit them if needed but see how i get on at the next MoT.

According to the MOT manual anything first used after 1986 must have hazard lights

I'm surprised that it doesn't have them, depending on the chassis it would have a GM or Ford steering column & would use the same switch as that, nearly always on the column somewhere.

Its a Chevy P30 chassis I think. There are very few buttons so not yet sure how the fog light works. Still got the dash in bits as fitted a DAB head unit (now working) and separate air horns. Engine bits to do next - change leads, plugs, filters, fluids, rocker covers leak a bit, manifold blows and a few other bits to do.
Will look but very much doubt it has hazards.

I’ve had a couple of Chevy / GM cars where it’s hidden on the underside of the steering column in a little raised bezel.

Found it, thanks. Odd place to put it and strange operation. Push the piece in the middle and then pull the outside to turn off.

Just tested them before we go out on the first trip and the buggers now just stay on, ie don't flash. The indicators work fine and the relay is clicking. Could there be another relay or a different problem?
Its a P30 Chevy chassis. I can't see another indicator relay but who knows.

Apparently there is a separate hazard relay but i've looked everywhere and I can't find it. I'm getting really frustrated now as I've exhausted all options I had. Any help or pointers greatly appreciated. I thought I'd found the connector but the plug isn't right and the orange wire (which is what comes out from below the hazard fuse on the fuse board is permanently live).
