Locking a trailer to a "swan neck" tow bar
Discussion
I use a long motorcycle cable lock passed through a solid loop on the trailer and then padlocked to to the rear tie down eye on my Alhambra. The cable lock is long enough not to be too tight when turning sharply or reversing and the trailer has to be able to turn through a tight angle
Cheers. I've been doing something similar with the tow bar mounted cycle rack. However, the towing eye screws in so I have to be clever when routing the kryptonite lock cable to stop it just being unscrewed. Surely there must be something that clips over tow bar to stop it being uncoupled?
Second question, the loop at the front that chocks the wheel, anyone know what it's called and where to get one?

£57 for a mounting rail with the front loop bit, you might be able to get just that separate though.

Change to one of these; http://www.autow.com/trailer-parts/trailer-couplin...
They have a built in locking barrel, although you might need to buy the locking barrel separately depending on where you purchase from.
