Portable DAB radio recommendation
Discussion
I have the old version of this Sony: http://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/dab-radios/xdr-s...
It's brilliant.
DAB/DAB+/FM, runs off 4 x AA batteries for ages but comes with a mains plug as well, very compact, excellent reception with telescopic antenna.
I use mine all the time when I'm in the workshop or garden etc.
Mine was about £40-50 in Currys I think.
Edit: the new one is now reduced to £34 in Currys. Crazy cheap.

I'd go for the Pure One Mini S2 with a chargepak, it'll cost you more but it recharges whilst plugged in, is small and light has a good natural sound and I've found the Pure radios are the best at pulling in DAB stations in mediocre reception areas. My series one must be seven year old now?

You can also use it as a portable speaker for an iPod or similar. Oh, and it's got FM 'n' all.
