Web Price v Site Price

I was looking at some 2nd hand vans at some north west dealers yesterday and on the price they had site price and web price, with the latter being lower. Not really I understand the point of that as surely if one sees it on the website you'll just offer the web price even at the site?

Longtons and Glossop seem to do it, seems daft to me too.
