water butt with integrated pump.

Morning all,

I'm off to a festival this week where we don't have hook ups on water on tap. The last few times i've been I've watched water use like a hawk, but there will be two extras with us this year and I would prefer to get a rolling water carrier and also a submersible water pump so that can fill it up and then use the pump to top up the fresh water tanks.
There's quite a variety on ebay so before purchasing I thought I would ask in here if anyone has used a similar solution.

Don't know about water pumps but would is it possible to raise the rolling tank high enough to be able to syphon the water from one to the other?
