The battery charger on my caravan recently failed and needed replacement. When I bought the 'van I paid extra for an extended warranty from Gateway Two Leisure. I tried to contact them to make a claim but after lots of, "the number you have dialled has not been recognised" and much fruitless internet searching I eventually got in touch with the underwriters at Lloyds of London. They were extremely helpful and after one false start managed to track down the company which has now assumed liability. The contact now is Kevin Alsop and the numbers are: 0845 5578332 (Claims Helpline) and 0845 5578334 (Customer Services).

I have now had the repair carried out and agreement that the cost will be met in full.

I hope this may be helpful and perhaps save a lot of wild goose chasing.
