Solar Panels - do you have one fitted to your MH?

Also is the benefit worth the cost?

Yes, wasn't that expensive and certainly worth it, added a second leisure battery as well.

+1 FOR SOLAR PANEL + SECOND BATTERY + INVERTER. WELL WORTH IT WITH A LITTLE ONE WATCHING A LOT OF DVDS AND CHARGING LAPTOPS AND MOBILE PHONES

WENT SKIING THIS YEAR WITH NO HOOK UP ALL OK FOR 4 DAYS

Yep do it, have been off hook Up for 10 days in south of France with just solar in a fairly shaded area. Inverter and 2 leisure batteries provided enough for comfort - tv, Hoover, charging etc...

I've just bought a Swift Challenger which has a solar panel fitted. Not tried it yet, but sounds good.
