Somebody's stolen my leisure battery - security ideas?
Discussion
I keep my caravan on an approved storage site. Found out this week that some kind soul has nicked my leisure battery. In doing so they tore one of the battery connectors off and also stole the battery clamp and securing bolt. The locker was locked and there was no sign of break in. I spoke to another owner who said that he had noticed that his locker was unlocked when he knew for certain that he had locked it.
Just a warning really that it is pretty easy to get into these lockers and probably best to remove the battery over winter.
Anyone know of any higher grade locks that could be fitted. I don't really want to go down the hasp and padlock route for aesthetic reasons.
Incidentally the same key fits all lockers on my caravan as well as the door but there was no sign of entry and the TV which was easily visible had not been taken.

TBH, i always pull the battery out over winter so i can periodically charge it at home.
Instead, people just pinch other items off mine. Favorites being hitch covers, steady pads, breakaway cables and many Truma Ultrastore covers.
No good being a 5* rated storage facility when the thieves are other caravan owners.
