We have a Westy Florida Camper and need a couple of bits. The window rubbers are cracking around a couple of the pop out side windows and the skylight opening mechanism is broken. I think a new skylight is what's needed.

Our van is based on the LT, but I think the Westy bits are also shared with the T25.

Does anyone know where I may be able to get these from?

Cheers.

Think you'd be lucky on a van of that age unfortunately, certainly the equivalent age of British van you wouldnt have a hope.
Ze Germans may be a tad more accomodating tho so you never know

This lot look worth a call.

e.t.a- A lot of skylights are standard 40 by 40 size and are interchangeable,if this is the case most accessory shops will have them in stock.

Thanks for the link, I shall take a look. I'll check the size of the skylights, I didn't realise they we're generally 40 x 40.

Cheers.

I got mine for a T25 from Gowesty. States based but will ship internationally. There are other choices now which may be cheaper.

Try volkswagenemporium UK based or Gunzl in Germany VWbusshop.de

Cheers Tallboy. I'd forgotten about Gunzl. They have the skylights in stock. I'll have to look into prices of non-original ones and have a think.

Re. the window edging rubber, are there companies that could make these for you?

I've been looking as the whole of my front end windows need sorting. Nobody interested in bespoke. Window rubbers are not cheap!

Usual suspects apply and customandcommercial.com have good reviews for their sets.
