Campervan storage in East London?

I've got a problem that I thought I'd ask the PH camping collective for their combined knowledge.

I'm looking to buy a campervan, but the main thing holding us back is where to keep it. I rent a garage off the council to keep my car in, but a van won't fit and on street parking isn't an option.

From what I can see, the best option is a caravan storage place in Essex, but was hoping to find something closer to home that isn't going to break the bank (say around £50 a month), and be insurance friendly.

There must be other people in London with a van and no driveway who have found a solution, but at the moment I'm struggling. Any ideas?

The camping and caravan club and I think the caravan club have storage on some if their sites.
It might be worth checking if there are any local to you. that offer storage.
You might have to join one of the clubs but that's not a bad thing.
