August is a lovely time to go camping...if it wasn't for the hordes of kids about the place. I've been to a nice adults only campsite on the Isle of Wight and loved it. So we'd like to find other such places on the mainland.

What child-free sites can the PH massive recommend? We'd particularly like to go to the Monmouth/Forest of Dean area, but we're open to other ideas.....

UK Campsite has a good search tool where one of the criteria you can specify (click on) after your first click on the map is Adults Only.

There are lots of reviews of the different sites, so you should be able to make a good decision based on the content there.

ETA: this url provides a list of sorts.
