I want to be able to watch satellite TV whilst camping in Europe; what's the best way of going about this?

I don't really want to have to buy a UK Sky account unless I can help it. The main channels I want are Eurosport and the German channel SPORT1.

Any advice regarding kit and connection welcome.

Seriously, why? Holidays are for switching off - which you will not do with the box on.

Watching Le Mans 24h when I'm not trackside, for example?

Now that is a worthy and noble use - carry on (make sure to have RLM going at the same time).
