Yes, we will be camping in Windmill campsite again, some of our group get there for Thursday so we get the same spot each year.

After many years in tents, or latterly sleeping in estate cars I have gone overboard and will be nicely set up in my new (to me) motorhome. I am looking forward to getting some sleep and having a good shower for a change!

I did not go last year so missed the pain of getting out of the campsite, however I have bee a few years previously when it was very wet and we struggled to get out.

Fortunately one of our group has a Shogun so that may help if the weather is bad. I am preying for sun!

Nope, two years in a row of getting soaked and covered in mud.

This is one of the reasons that finally prompted me to buy the MH I'd been hankering after.
Getting up at 5am to get a shower then getting back to the tent and having to get the mud of my legs with wet wipes before getting waterproofed up for the walk to circuit.
I suffered from severe caravan / motorhome envy seeing people looking all warm, clean and BBQ'd while we were freezing around a little camp stove.

Same for me really, our little group always talked about getting a MH for Le Mans and the other trips, some of the lads started to rent one which was quite expensive. The year before last I was kipping in an Omega estate, I could not face it last year so I am back this year with a 7.5m 6 berth MH all to myself! I am looking forward to a good shower and a clean toilet as well as a good nights sleep.

Having my own MH will hopefully allow me to do more events home and abroad.
