I'm trying to replace the driver's side wing mirror on my Fiat Ducato-based motorhome. I have removed the wing mirror but I can't pull the cable through to allow me to disconnect the old mirror and connect up the new one.

I think I need to remove the door trim on the inside to be able to access the connector and finish the job but I can't see a way of getting the trim off.

Can anyone help me with this?

Many thanks!

2010.

Figured it out. All I needed to do was to remove the speaker which allowed me access to the connection that I needed. I had also removed the window/mirror controls although it would have probably been possible to access the connection without doing so.

Job is a good one, and a lot cheaper than the £600 the local Fiat dealer wanted to charge me!

Good stuff - although ours is a 1990 Ducato, when I was looking to do the same I found loads of instructions for newer models.
