Advice on camper electric controller PC 100

Hi, has anyone experience of the PC 100 controller, I am having a issue with ours on our T5 camper the G (item 8 )warning light that the unit is directing charge to both battery's is not going of when the engine is switched of and key removed. It does go of eventually so is there a sticking relay or is it the unit itself ?

The trouble with it stopping on is it won't let you switch the house lights on or other 12v appliances .
