Just bought a Hi Gear Zenobia 6 tent from Go Outdoors. Is it an ok tent?

Your supposed to ask for a review before you buy something, not after hehe, I'm also considering this tent as it seems a bargain at £200. Looking forward to hear from anyone who has used one smile

I think that they are good value for money and certainly sell well. Saw a few when we were camping over the years and they always seemed to go up easily and stay up! I'd have thought they were similar in quality to the Vango range?

The Hi-Gear tents are the Go Outdoors own brand. Its UK waterproofing level is the same as the entry level Vango tents. The discount on them is as big as it is because they put the rrp higher than what it should actually sell for. if it lasts you a while then I say well done but they certainly don't match Vango or Outwell in terms of quality and durability. Just my 2p as someone who works in outdoor retail.

Thanks! I'm sure it's not a proper quality tent, but I'm a fair weather camper so should do ok for me.

Should be ok to collapse in at Le Mans! biglaugh

It'll be perfect to collapse in at Le Mans. Just hope it doesn't rain too much!
