Guys
I've got 2006 M/H with its original Michelin tyres and 20,000 miles,no cracks plenty of tread, actally they look quite new but i know they are orignals because of the date of manufacter on sidewall.
So do I change them as they are nearly 7 years old or kep a bit longer?
Cheers

The michelin camper tyres have strengthened sidewalls to cope with the lack of activity of a motorhome.
Your still supposed to swap every 5 years tho so its upto you,new tyres arent huge money compared to the vans worth.
If keeping them on check the insides for cracking as we find they go there.
Cambelts overdue on age too if its a fiat/pug and not been done.

Heard yesterday in passing that the MOT rules have recently changed. Apparently if the tyres don't carry a 'Campervan Use' mark on the sidewall this is now an MOT fail.

Anyone have any more info?
