Hi, I hope I can save you from my experience............... dont do it

October 2012 I sent a fully serviceable if a little stained Isabella Penta for cleaning (the service was advertised as a gentle process)

today I received a tatty damaged and probably unservicable and leaky awning .... in places holed or threadbare
take a look here

Think very carefully about having your awning cleaned
your thoughts, advice and comments are most welcome

its also on caravantalk

it's been used for 5 years, in great condition, just thought I'd treat it to some tlc and to remove a few stains, an most importantly treat with mosquito repellent ........ as these little blighters can really ruin time away.

unfortunately I have many pics but only with exif data

Keep us all up to speed as this seems very an unacceptable service which many would rather avoid.
